Every call your crew can't pick up gets answered.

Water, fire and mold calls after hours, on weekends and when every line is busy, in English or Spanish. The job lands in your texts within seconds, and real emergencies ring your on-call tech.

Your number stays the same. Free for 14 days.

How it works

Your office still answers first. We only get the calls that would have gone to voicemail.

  1. You keep your number

Turn on forwarding for calls you don't pick up. It takes about two minutes on any cell phone or office system, and we walk you through it.

  2. We answer as your company

The assistant gets the caller's name, address, what happened, whether it's still leaking and their insurance company, in English or Spanish.

  3. You get the job

A text and email with every detail arrive within seconds. Active water, sewage and sagging ceilings get transferred straight to your on-call tech.

What happens on each call

You set the rules once. The assistant follows them on every call, at any hour.

Caller saysWhat happens
"Water is pouring through my ceiling."A quick safety check, then the address and callback number, then a live transfer to your on-call tech. If nobody picks up, your tech gets an urgent page and the caller hears when to expect a call.
"Huele a gas en la cocina."Told in Spanish to get everyone out and call 911 and the gas company. Your on-call is paged.
"The water heater leaked yesterday. It's stopped."Details captured and a callback promised in the window you choose.
"This is the adjuster on claim 4471."Claim number, the insured's name and the adjuster's contact go to your office.
"How much do you charge?"Only the answers you approve. Anything else: "the technician confirms pricing on site after seeing the damage."
"We can get you ranked on Google..."Politely ended. You never hear about it.
"Am I talking to a real person?"It says it's your company's virtual assistant and gets them to a technician.

Proof every Monday

Each Monday morning you get a one-page report: calls answered, how many came after hours, new losses captured, emergencies transferred and how fast, and a recording of every call.

We also review your calls every week and tune how the assistant handles them. If something was handled wrong, we fix it and tell you.

Questions owners ask

Does my phone number change?

No. You turn on call forwarding for calls you don't answer, and they come to us. Turn it off any time.

Is it a real person?

No. It's a virtual assistant that answers as your company. If a caller asks, it says so and gets them to a technician.

What counts as an emergency?

You decide. Most shops pick active water, sewage inside the home, sagging ceilings, storm openings and water near electrical. Callers who smell gas or see fire are told to get out and call 911.

Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. It switches as soon as the caller speaks Spanish, and the summary you get says so.

Will it quote my prices?

Only the answers you approve, such as your inspection fee. It never makes up a number.

Who owns the recordings?

You do. Recordings and transcripts are yours to keep, and we export everything if you leave.

Does it work with my job software?

Today every call arrives as a text and an email. Sending jobs straight into restoration software is coming next. Tell us which one you use.

How do I cancel?

Turn off forwarding. After the 3-month minimum, give us 30 days' notice.
